Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Some specialty or dropship items may require additional handling time. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Times
Most orders arrive in 7–14 business days. Delivery times may vary based on product type, supplier location, and carrier delays.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier rates. Free shipping promotions apply only when stated on the product page.

Multiple Shipments
If your order includes items from different suppliers or warehouse locations, they may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost.

Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address unless returned to us by the carrier.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or shows no movement for 10+ days, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier. Lost packages will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be added in the future.
